Vancouver advised the lenders on Interfor Corp.’s C$350m financing

Our Vancouver office acted for a syndicate of lenders, co-led by RBC Capital Markets, TD Securities and Wells Fargo, in connection with a C$350m financing of Interfor Corporation.

Interfor Corporation is one of North America’s largest lumber companies with an annual production capacity of approximately 3.1 billion board feet at their mill facilities within Canada and the U.S.

The team included David Bain, Richard Sarabando, Matthew Choi and Amanda Kollman.
